As I look at EMBOR this fall, one thing stands out to me: our members are showing up. And that matters.

We are showing up for advocacy—making sure the REALTOR® voice is represented and heard. We are showing up for education, with our brokers and members continuing to learn, grow and raise the level of professionalism in our industry. We are showing up in leadership, at the local and state level. And we are showing up in our communities—not because we have to, but because REALTORS® have always understood the importance of giving back to the places we call home.

But showing up is about more than simply being in the room.

It's about being informed. Getting involved. Building relationships. Advocating for private property rights. Supporting one another. Investing in our profession. And taking what we learn back into our businesses and our communities.

I am incredibly proud of the momentum we have built this year, but 2026 isn't over yet!

So, I'm challenging every EMBOR member to do ONE thing before the end of this year that you haven't done before.

Attend a meeting. Volunteer. Invest in RPAC. Introduce yourself to one of our Affiliate Partners. Attend an advocacy event. Consider leadership. Invite another REALTOR® to join you. Find your place and take your seat at the table.

Because when our members show up, EMBOR gets stronger. When EMBOR gets stronger, our REALTOR® voice gets stronger.

And THAT is how we continue Empowering Members, Building Opportunity & Respect.
