This course is designed to increase awareness, improve preparedness, and provide practical strategies to help reduce risk in everyday real estate activities. We will discuss situational awareness, warning signs, safety protocols for showings and open houses, client screening techniques, technology tools, de-escalation strategies, and emergency response procedures. The goal of this class is not to create fear, but to empower you with knowledge, confidence, and actionable habits that can help protect you, your colleagues, and your clients. Safety should never be treated as optional in our industry—it is a professional responsibility.
