Description
This 3-hour continuing education course teaches real
estate professionals how to build a strong pipeline of business while staying
fully compliant with Georgia License Law, Fair Housing requirements,
and GREC advertising rules. Agents will learn practical lead-generation
strategies, such as sphere calling, farming, social media marketing,
community involvement, and drip campaigns, and examine how each
activity intersects with state law and ethical obligations. The course
emphasizes avoiding violations related to the Do Not Call list, advertising
disclosures, Fair Housing language, improper inducements, and unlicensed
activity. Through interactive examples, case studies, and hands-on exercises,
participants will practice creating compliant scripts, drafting lawful social media posts, and developing a prospecting plan that aligns with Georgia’s
regulatory standards. Students will also explore best practices for database
management, partnerships, open houses, and trust account handling. By the
end of the session, licensees will understand how to grow their business
confidently, professionally, and legally while protecting both consumers and
their own license.
