Description

CRS provides access to public tax records for all properties within Georgia, as well as limited counties in SC, TN, AL, and FL. Explore how to use CRS to research ownership, sales data, property tax information, and foreclosures. Participants will also be shown how to build a comparative market analysis through CRS and connectMLS. CMA use gives agents a deeper understanding of the market to better price a home to list or help purchase a home for clients.
