Participants will gain a clear understanding of the structure, authority, and responsibilities of the Georgia Real Estate Commission, as well as the purpose and function of the Georgia Real Estate Education, Research, and Recovery Fund. The course places strong emphasis on identifying and avoiding common violations under Georgia License Law, including a detailed review of O.C.G.A. § 43-40-25 related to unfair practices, violations, and penalties.
